WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

In the event you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased and would like to replace it, you are most welcome to send back your purchase to our E-commerce store by contacting us via WhatsApp:+92301-4000775 within 10 days of the delivery date.

You can claim for the return or exchange policy if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

HOW TO APPLY FOR RETURN?

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will return the old order in exchange for the new one.

WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with 3-5 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.
